As the sun rose over the Financial District, dozens of wide-eyed spectators watched the performers install themselves atop fire hydrants, across park benches - and at one point, between the pillars of the New York Stock Exchange.
“Bodies in Urban Spaces” is a part of French Institute Alliance Française’s Crossing the Line festival. Willi Dorner has been performing similar exhibition for the last couple of years on various parts of the world including Austria, England, France, Norway, Sweden, Finland and the US.
